My job experience has taken me to and through many different industries

My job experience has taken me to and through many different industries prior to coming to construction and MBC. Out of all the other places I’ve worked, I have enjoyed the construction industry and MBC the most because it’s never the same from day to day. There’s always a new challenge to attack and MBC gives me the resources to get the job done. We have strong and supportive leadership when it comes to safety and a culture that filters down to our newest employee. I enjoy working for a company who values their employees as much as MBC does. It’s a “family” atmosphere and gives me great pride to say I lead a Group whose main mission is to make sure our people go home safe to their families every day.
